Who is Nicole Junkermann? #
The Düsseldorf-born entrepreneur, now Countess Nicole Brachetti Peretti following her marriage to an Italian oil count, is founder of NJF Capital and NJF Holdings in London. Her portfolio reads like a textbook in disruptive technology: Revolut, Groq, OWKIN, Elvie — and Carbyne911.

Carbyne911: Epstein + Barak + Unit 8200 #
Carbyne911 — originally Reporty Homeland Security — is an Israeli emergency services startup that transmits real-time GPS location data and live video to authorities.
Its board of directors reads like a who’s who of Israeli intelligence:
- Ehud Barak — former Prime Minister of Israel, former head of military intelligence, extensively documented Epstein associate
- Pinchas Buchris — former commander of IDF Unit 8200, Israel’s elite cyber intelligence unit, known for offensive intelligence operations
- Nicole Junkermann — co-investor alongside Jeffrey Epstein
- Peter Thiel — PayPal founder, Palantir co-founder, also in the network
Epstein himself was a co-investor.
You don’t join such a board by accident.
The NHS Mandate — Without Disclosure #
While Junkermann held stakes in Carbyne911 — a company co-financed by Epstein and staffed with intelligence officers — she sat on the NHS Healthtech Advisory Board, advising the British health service on digital health data.
She did not disclose this conflict of interest.
Simultaneously, she was a trustee at the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity — whose patrons are Prince William and the Princess of Wales.
The Response: Delete Rather Than Explain #
In October 2025, months before the Telegraph revelations, Junkermann had four Substack articles removed that documented her connections to Epstein, Barak, and Thiel.
After the February 2026 revelations:
- Resigned from Royal Marsden Charity
- Resigned as Visiting Professor at Lancaster University
- LinkedIn profile deleted
This is not the behaviour of someone who was deceived. This is the behaviour of someone managing control.
What Remains #
The Junkermann–Epstein–Barak–Unit8200–Carbyne911 connection is neither coincidence nor naivety. It is a constellation showing how the network operated: through shared investments, mutual door-opening, and strategic positioning within state institutions.
That she simultaneously advised the British health service — without disclosure — is not just an ethical problem. It is a question that no one is publicly asking.
